Our membership plan is for those who have completed the Foundational Assessment and who would like to continue to benefit from our services and education at The Deeper Well Functional Medicine.
During the Foundational Assessment, Dr. Croteau-Cooper will discuss whether we are a good fit for each other and if you would benefit from our membership. Completion of the Foundational Assessment DOES NOT guarantee a spot in our membership plan.

Advanced Diagnostic Testing takes a deep dive into your health by using tests not typically performed in conventional medicine to get to the root cause.
